This is usually due to one of two things:
1) They originally mistyped their email address. So please make sure your email address is correct before hitting the send button.
2) The spam filter on their inbox is very tight and puts my notice email in the spam folder rather then their inbox. So check your spam folder regularly... I do. You'll be surprised that alot of genuine emails from people end up in there.
