If you can, please send me an email first before calling as I cannot always take your call straight away. I might be with a client or in the middle of working on something that I can't put down immediately. If your number is hidden and instead shows as a private number then I will almost certainly not answer as I will probably think you are a telemarketer. If you are enquiring about pricing for gems then I will need your email address anyway so that I can provide the details so you might as well send me an email initially with the item numbers of the gems you are interested in. I don't usually provide pricing over the phone. Email is my preferred contact method and allows me to keep track of any discussions, etc.
